Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final approved video(s).

  2. Production Hours: Shoot duration is inclusive of setup and pack-down time. Any hours exceeding the agreed package will be billed at an additional hourly rate based on the project, billed via quotation.

  3. Travel & Transport: Transport within 5km of Blok A, South Jakarta is included. Locations outside this radius, as well as parking or permit fees, will be billed to the client.

  4. Review & Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of minor revisions (e.g., text changes, clip swaps). Structural changes to the approved concept or third-round edits will incur additional fees.

  5. Turnaround Time: The standard delivery window is 14 business days from the final shoot date, provided all client assets (logos, brand guidelines) are received on time.

  6. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Shoots rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total project value to cover lost crew availability.

  7. Usage Rights: Upon final payment, the client is granted full rights to use the edited videos for digital and social media marketing. Vendor retains the right to use footage for portfolio and promotional purposes.
